Structured Sports Lunch Program

  • Introduces basic soccer skills through fun, interactive drills.

  • Focuses on fundamental dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques.

  • Engaging games like relay races, obstacle courses, and tag variations to promote physical activity.

B.A.L.A.N.C.E. Program

Be Active Learn Awareness. Nutrition Confidence Energy

  • Introduce young learners to health and wellness through playfulmovement, mindful games, and creative expression. Students will stretch, breathe,move, and learn through fun routines that build body and emotional awareness.

  • A playful class that helps young kids connect movement to feelings.Activities include musical stretching, movement games with colors/emotions, andcalming breathing exercises. Perfect for early self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  • A well-rounded introduction to healthy living for young students. Eachclass will explore a different pillar of the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. model through active games,mindful exercises, snack-based nutrition talks, and team challenges. Confidence-building and creative journaling also included.

ELOP Enrichment After School Program

  • Introduces basic soccer skills through fun, interactive drills.

    Activity: "Dribble Relay" – Kids dribble a ball around conesand race back to their team.

  • Focuses on fundamental dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques.

    Activity: “Dribble Freeze Tag" – Players dribble while avoidingbeing tagged, improving ball control.

  • Engaging games like relay races, obstacle courses, and tagvariations to promote physical activity.

    Activity: "Animal Races" – Kids hop like frogs, run like cheetahs,and tiptoe like cats in a fun movement game.
